The idea for Joinables came to me after trying to find cliques to join. Many I found were not updated, and those I did find took me hours of searching to find. So I came up with the idea of a website directory just for websites that you can join; "joinables". Here cliques, webrings, website listings, button exchanges, topsites and many more "joinables" can be listed for people to easily find without getting lost amongst a host of other sites.
Fanlistings & RPGs
Technically, Fanlistings and RPGs are also sites that people can join. However, neither are accepted here. This isn't because I have anything against either, in fact I love both, it's just that there are plenty of places to list both these types of sites. The idea of this directory is to give other joinable sites a place to shine, and they can't do that if they are hidden beneath a mountain of Fanlistings and RPGs.
Why isn't _____ listed as a category?
I have tried to list as many types of joinable sites as possible in the directory, but it is quite possible that I have missed some. If you have a category suggestion please use the contact form and let me know!
